Tackling Vehicle Crime

Good Morning Resident,

Our Worthing Neighbourhood Policing Team have been out tackling vehicle crime and engaging with the community.

This week, we have seen:

A stolen motorcycle was successfully located and recovered. It will now undergo forensic examination to help identify those responsible.

Officers carrying out several home visits, speaking directly with young people known to be involved in vehicle-related offences. These proactive conversations are an important step in preventing re-offending and offering opportunities to make safer choices in the future.

Vehicle crime has a real impact on people, whether it’s the loss of a vehicle, the cost of repairs, or the disruption to daily life. We will continue to take action against those responsible while working to prevent further offending.
